You will need to do a little preparation for this and to help you we have a list of questions that you will need to consider about the site you are considering. You will need to send us documentation to confirm your identity. We will then need about an hour on the phone with you to discuss the details of the site and we will give you a good indication of the profits you will make and the funds you will require based on those projections. Following that we will apply the information you have supplied and our knowledge of the costs of running catering businesses to produce and review the detailed projections. Your projections will be sent to you within 24 hours of the conversation by email. Should you require any amendments, these will be available at an additional cost of £50 plus VAT.
